We are calling you to actively support a fun and engaging program designed for the international community at UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Through this volunteering program, you will explore the opportunities that best suit you!
General Requirements
- An active student of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur semester 3-7
- Minimum IPK 3.0
- Confident in communicating and writing in English.
- Commit to doing fun volunteering projects for twelve months.
- Showing admirable interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Have good time-management skills.
Divisions and Specific Requirements
1. Communication & Creative Media
| Roles | Job Description | Specific Requirements |
| Graphic Design | – Partner with Social Media Manager to design and update print and digital material, including forms, flyers, etc. – Create graphics for the company website and other social sites such as Facebook and Instagram. – Manage multiple design projects simultaneously. | -Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Corel). Canva is a must. – A keen eye for aesthetics and details (proven by portfolio). |
2. International Student Support

| – Providing hospitality to international students/guests. – Becoming friends or reliable sources for international students and helping them adjust to a new culture. – Arranging engaging events to make them feel at home. – Assist them if they have trouble in their academic system. | – Friendly is a must. Valuing tolerance and empathy. – Find joy in helping others. – Having a comprehension of other languages is a plus. – Quite familiar with Surabaya and nearby cities. – Own driving license (SIM A/C) and vehicle access. |
3. Event & Community
