General Requirements
- An active student of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur semester 3-6
- Minimum IPK 3,0
- Confident in communicating/writing in English
- Commit to do fun volunteering projects for 6 months
- Showing admirable interpersonal and organizational skills
- Have a good time-management skill
Divisions and Specific Requirements
1. Communication & Creative Media

| Social Media Officer | – Create content, engage, and monitor comments on social media – Expand our social media’s reach and impact | – Demonstrated interest in social media trend – Able to use Canva or another design software |
| Graphic Design | – Partner up with content writer and event management to design and update print and digital materials including forms, flyers, etc – Create graphics for the company website and other social sites such as Facebook and Instagram | – Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Corel) – A keen eye for aesthetics and details (proven by portfolio) |
| Content Writer | – Writing engaging and insightful editorial content for our website – Working together with social media officer to produce contents | – Strong attention to detail; ability to conduct thorough and meticulous research – Knowledge of SEO will be a plus |
2. International Student Support

| – Providing hospitality and accommodation service to international students/guests – Becoming friends or reliable sources for international students and help them adjust to a new culture – Arranging engaging events to make them feel at home – Assist them if they have trouble in their study/academic system | – Friendly and selfless. Valuing tolerance and empathy. – Find joy in helping others – Having comprehension in other languages is a plus – Quite familiar with Surabaya and nearby cities – Own driving licenses (SIM A/C) and access to vehicle |
3. Event & Community
