General Requirements
  • An active student of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur semester 2-4
  • Minimum IPK 3,0
  • Confident in communicating/writing in English
  • Commit to doing fun volunteering projects for 12 months
  • Showing admirable interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Have a good time-management skill
Divisions and Specific Requirements
1. Communication & Creative Media
RolesJob Desc.Specific Requirements
Video Editor– Recording International Office’s program live events, filming, and editing final products.

– Making documentaries / short films that would be posted on Instagram
– Good computer skills in Editing Software

– Possess filming and creativity skills (proven by portfolio)
Graphic Design– Writing engaging and insightful editorial content for our website

– Working together with the Team to produce content.
– Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, InDesign, Corel). Canva is a must.

– A keen eye for aesthetics and details (proven by portfolio)
Content Writer– Writing engaging and insightful editorial content for our website

– Working together with Team to produce contents.
– Strong attention to detail; ability to conduct thorough and meticulous research

– Knowledge of SEO will be a plus
2. International Student Support
Job Desc. Specific Requirements
– Providing warm hospitality to international students/guests.

– Becoming friends or reliable sources for international students and helping them to adjust to a new culture.

– Assist them if they need help in the academic system or non-academic system (permit).
– Friendly and selfless. Valuing tolerance and empathy.

– Find joy in helping others

– Quite familiar with Surabaya and nearby cities

– Own driving licenses (SIM A/C) or familiar with Surabaya public trasnportation.
3. Event & Community
Job Desc. Specific Requirements
– Create events to nurture global competencies of
UPNVJT’s community.

– Coordinate and implement event logistics for events for various venues.

– Provide guidance, support, and direction during the events.

– Determined to familiarize UPNVJT’s community with internationalization
– Demonstrate creative ideas and be available during working hours

– Ability to carry out various tasks efficiently

– Experienced in managing events.

– Having a strong communication skills in English will be a plus
